Flights: Participants make their own flight arrangements.

Lodging: The cost of the trip is based on double occupancy in twin-bedded rooms, except for the three nights in St. Hilda’s College, where all rooms are single.

Approximate cost: $4,182.00 (based on 20 participants).

Single supplement: $499.00.
All rooms at St. Hilda’s are single occupancy, but there will be a single supplement for hotel rooms during the Yorkshire tour. Please indicate if you are willing to share a twin-bedded room with another group member.

REGISTRATION, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS: Formal registration should be accompanied by an initial non-refundable deposit of $250.00. A payment schedule will be sent for the balance of the payment. Up to 120 days before departure, fees except the initial deposit will be refunded on withdrawal. After that, lodging and other cancellation charges will also be assessed. Price may fluctuate slightly due to currency exchange rates. Trip insurance is highly recommended.
