Flights: Participants make their own flight arrangements.

Lodging: The cost of the trip is based on double occupancy in twin-bedded rooms.

Approximate cost: $3,969 (based on 25 participants).

Single supplement: Approx. $800, depending on exchange rate. Please indicate if you are willing to share a twin-bedded room with another group member. (Late registration fee: $100 additional after May 1.)

REGISTRATION, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS: Formal registration should be accompanied by an initial non-refundable deposit of $200.00.  Early registration is strongly advised as the group size is limited to 30. A payment schedule will be sent for the balance of the payment.  Up to 120 days before departure, fees except the initial deposit will be refunded on withdrawal.  After that, lodging and other cancellation charges will also be assessed. Price may fluctuate slightly due to currency exchange rates.  Trip insurance is highly recommended.
